Groupe Ragues is pleased to announce that it is to open a new store in Tourlaville, Boulevard de l’Est in the suburb of Cherbourg in mid-September.
The opening comes as part of a continued expansion of the Ragues group in the Normandy region since the group’s creation back in 1950.
The Cherbourg store will be the group’s sixth in the region and will accompany those already open in Caen Sud (Mondeville), Caen Nord (Hérouville), Lisieux, Rouen (Petit Quevilly) and Le Havre.

Founded in 1950 by René Ragues and taken over in 1987 by Marcel Ragues, Groupe Ragues is a specialist in the distribution of original spare parts for the automotive and truck industry. The company supplies bodyshops, garages as well as specialist mechanical and technical workshops.
Groupe Ragues enjoyed a turnover of €26 million in 2010 with a total staff base of 145 employees.
